- Email confirmation is sent out when your payment has been received and a follow up email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.

 

- Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

• Canada 2-3 business days
• USA: 3-4 business days.
• International: 4-5 business days

 

-Please note, International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these fees. The free shipping on orders over $150 CAD does not cover duty and custom fees.
